Hi, guys! I hope somebody can help me to find answers for my questions. I have installed laminate floorings by contractor. I was so stupid to trust him in choice of brand of laminate. Now this laminate all peaking, buckling, chipping and it's just less then half a year old! Awful. I wrote a letter to him asking to fix all problems. So what is the best choice? To ask manufacturer to give another material to install, buy a new one (but it costly and we don't have enough money) and contractor will instal it or to sand our previous 25 years old hardwood floor? I don't believe manufacture because they already provide me the awfulest in my life but what ather options can I have? What do you think? link for floors http://www.centralfloors.com/bamboo/v15/laminate.shtml
